Jennifer Lopez has reportedly been ordered to testify about the 1999 club shooting which resulted in rapper Shyne, real name Jamal Barrow being sentenced to a 10 year stretch in prison and left three bystanders injured.

The incident took place on December 27th 1999, Jennifer Lopez and Hip-Hop mogul Sean “Diddy” Combs, who she was dating at the time, were with Shyne at Club New York when a gang member threw a large amount of cash at Diddy’s face and then pulled a firearm on him.

Shyne reportedly responded by pulling out a gun and then firing, an innocent bystander to the shooting, Natalie Reuben, was hit in the face.

Diddy was initially charged in the case but has since been acquitted of all charges, Shyne is currently being held in Dannemora, New York at the Clinton Correctional Facility.

J. Lo who did not testify in the original case has now been served a subpoena from Natalie Reuben’s Lawyers telling her that she will have to give her side of the story at an upcoming deposition.

In addition to having never been called as a witness in the case, Lopez has also never spoken publicly about the shooting.
