
After leaving Interscope and deciding to form his own Independent label with distribution via Koch, Slim Thug is currently gearing up to release the sophomore album from his group The Boss Hogg Outlawz.
In addition to Slim Thug, The Boss Hogg Outlawz consists of rappers Sir Daily, PJ Tha Rap Hustla, Killa Kyleon and Chris Ward as well as two new members Young Black and J-Dawg.
The group will release “Back By Blockular Demand (Serve & Collect II)” on the second of september making it the first official release to come out of Slim Thugs new deal with Koch.
“Koch is thrilled to welcome Slim Thug to our roster of artists,” Alan Grunblatt, Koch’s General Manager, said. “He is truly one of the greatest rappers in the country. His group, Boss Hogg Outlawz, is set to explode.”
The Boss Hogg Outlawz have also recently released a music video for their song “Ride Wit’ No Ceilings,” and have also just wrapped up a video for the Ray-J assisted “Keep It Playa.”
The Boss Hogg Outlawz’s “Back By Blockular Demand (Serve & Collect 2)” is scheduled to hit stores on September 2nd, whilst Slim Thugs upcoming solo release “Boss Of All Bosses” is set to follow shortly afterwards, both via Koch records.
