Hip-Hop mogul Jay-Z is scheduled to perform live next month at The Hollywood Palladium in celebration of the famous venues reopening.
According to a report by Billboard, Jigga will headline at the venue on October 15th where he will be joined on stage by a twelve piece band.
The Hollywood Palladium opened in 1940 and has since been host to performances by musicians including James Brown and Frank Sintatra.
Last April the venue was temporarily shut down to allow for renovations to be made to the famous building.
“Just as Frank ushered in a golden era, I hope this opening will mark the beginning of resurgence in generation-defining live music,” said Jay-Z in a statement.
Fans of the rapper will be able to purchase tickets for his performance at the Palladium from September 5th on livenation.com.
