The Recording Academy of Arts and Sciences have announced that Kanye West has been confirmed as a performer at this Sunday’s 50th annual Grammy Awards ceremony.
As previously reported by HipHopDons.com/RapBlueprint.com Kanye leads the pack at this years’ Grammy’s with a total of 8 nominations including Album Of The Year and Best Rap Song.
Unconfirmed reports state that the platinum selling rapper has already rehearsed his hits “Stronger” and “Dear Mama,” and that he will be performing the tracks as a tribute to his late mother, Dr. Donda West, who passed away on November 10th last year after undergoing plastic surgery.
The Grammys 2008 telecast begins on 8:00 p.m. EST on Sunday February 10th.
